The full 75 hours of instruction New Jersey requires before you can sit for your real estate salesperson licensing exam, plus practical skills in contracts, negotiation, and marketing.Course materials (textbooks and study guides) are included in your tuition.
Enrollment is $349, which includes all required textbooks and course materials.Â
Enrollment is open now. Our first class begins October 1, 2026 and runs through November 19, 2026 - about 7 weeks, meeting Tuesday and Thursday evenings (5:30–9:30 PM) plus 3 Saturday mornings (9 AM–1 PM).Â
Yes - this course fulfills the state's required pre-licensing education so you can sit for your New Jersey real estate salesperson exam.
Every student who pays in full is guaranteed a seat in class. Tuition includes a non-refundable registration fee ($100 for Salesperson Pre-Licensing).
To request a refund of the remaining refundable portion, written notice must be received by the school at least 48 hours before your class start date.
Once class has started, no refunds are issued - though if the school cancels a class, you'll receive a full refund. You may transfer to another start date once, free of charge, with one week's written notice (a $50 fee applies for later transfers, subject to availability).
